Exclusion

Related to the idea of ​​withdrawing, of depriving. Applied to society, it refers to groups that are removed, among other things, from wealth, infrastructure, services, goods, opportunities available in a society. It refers, for example, to people living in a state of poverty or misery. But also to minority groups, such as blacks, deprived of access to the goods offered by society due to prejudice and racism. Inclusion means any policy aimed at eliminating these inequalities, promoting the full integration of the so-called excluded into society. It may be, for example, income redistribution programs to reduce misery; or typing courses to eliminate the digital divide.
